1. Who provides the service

Obra Láser is the trade name of the service provided by Juan José Cariolichi, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 20-34526174-6, registered under the Argentine simplified tax regime (monotributo), with business address at Belgrano 835, Obispo Trejo, Córdoba province, Argentina.

Customer support: obralaser@gmail.com, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (Argentina time). Through that channel you can send questions, complaints, cancellation and refund requests. You do not need to contact Mercado Pago or Whop to exercise your rights with Obra Láser.

2. What we offer

Obra Láser offers free tools for laser cutting and engraving (Free box generator, price calculator, vector editor, test templates, dictionary and guides) and a paid subscription, Obra Láser Pro, which unlocks additional modules and features of the box generator.

The subscription includes the features identified as Pro at the time you subscribe.

Files are generated on your device. Before manufacturing, check measurements, material and your machine settings. This usage recommendation does not limit the liability that legally applies to us.

3. Your account

To use Pro you need an Obra Láser account with a verified email. The account is personal: protect your access and let us know if you detect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

4. Obra Láser Pro subscription

Price in Argentina: ARS 13,832 per month, final price (as a sole-proprietor taxpayer we do not itemize VAT). Price outside Argentina: US$ 9.90 per month. Depending on your country, Whop may add local taxes (for example, VAT or sales tax): Whop determines and collects them under the rules of your country, and Obra Láser does not set them. The total amount, including those taxes if any, and the currency are shown on the payment screen before you confirm.

The subscription renews automatically: monthly with Mercado Pago and every 30 days with Whop. It creates a recurring charge on the payment method you authorize until you cancel. It is not a one-time payment.

Depending on your country, payment is processed by an independent payment provider: Mercado Pago (Argentina, in Argentine pesos) or Whop (rest of the world, in US dollars). Each provider handles payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. Obra Láser never sees or stores card numbers or security codes. You cannot choose a payment method that does not match your country.

Pro access is enabled when our server verifies the payment with the provider. Returning from the payment screen does not confirm the payment by itself.

If the price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the next charge, and you can cancel before then at no cost. Changes never apply to periods already paid.

Courtesy access and payments by other methods agreed with us have their own period, do not renew by themselves and create no automatic charges.

5. Cancellation: stopping the renewal

You can cancel renewal at any time, without penalty, with "Cancel renewal" in My account or with the Cancellation button published in the footer of every page, without signing in. Both options work with either payment method (Mercado Pago or Whop).

Cancellation prevents new charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling does not delete your account or request a refund by itself.

We give you a request code right away and the cancellation receipt within 72 hours. If you are charged something you should not have been after cancelling, we refund it.

6. Withdrawal

You can revoke the purchase within 10 calendar days from subscribing, without giving reasons and at no cost, with the Withdrawal button at the bottom of the page or by writing to customer support.

If you exercise withdrawal, we cancel the subscription and refund what you paid through the same method. The Pro access tied to that payment is withdrawn. We never reject a request automatically: we review each case.

7. Refunds and incorrect charges

Refunds are reviewed and processed manually in Mercado Pago or Whop, depending on the method you paid with. You can request a review of a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, a wrong amount or a service problem from My account or by email.

We tell you the outcome and the operation reference. The credit depends on the payment provider and on your bank or payment method; we do not promise immediate bank timelines.

8. Declined payments

A declined payment does not enable a new period. If no access remains valid, your account goes back to Free and you keep all free tools.

9. Permitted use

The designs you generate are yours and you can sell them. You may not resell or redistribute the tools, share one Pro account among several people or try to bypass access controls.

We may suspend an account for fraudulent or abusive use, telling you the reason and without affecting your rights for paid periods.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will notify you in advance. Changes that affect your subscription do not apply without your acceptance, and you can always cancel.

11. Governing law and complaints

The laws of the Argentine Republic apply, including Consumer Protection Law 24,240. These terms do not limit the rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

If we do not resolve your complaint, you can contact the consumer protection authority of your jurisdiction or Argentina's Federal Consumer Protection Single Window (argentina.gob.ar/defensadelconsumidor).

12. If you use Obra Láser from another country

The service is provided by an individual domiciled in Argentina and is governed by Argentine law. If you are a consumer in another country, you are not deprived of the non-waivable rights granted by the law of your place of residence.
